Diane Miller

Diane Miller has been with HedgeStar, formerly DerivActiv, since its founding in 2004. Diane brings over 25 years of experience in public finance and financial instrument valuation, with deep expertise in operational support. She has held roles that span bond and derivative valuations, threshold monitoring, market trading pattern analysis, and escrow investment services.

 

Prior to HedgeStar, Diane worked for a national capital advisory firm where she provided support for the reinvestment of municipal bond proceeds. She also worked at a national investment bank and national financial advisory firm, where she assisted with various types of municipal financings including general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, certificates of participation, and revenue anticipation notes.

Diane holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Winona State University.
